Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to access your personalized song. It will be delivered as an MP3 file, compatible with all devices (smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.).
You’ll also receive a PDF file with the lyrics of your song.
Delivery time ranges from 24h to 72h, depending on the option you select when ordering. No special app is required — you can listen to and read your song directly on your device.

Once your order is marked as completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Inside, you’ll find a secure link to your personalized song, located below your order details.
